Pictures from My Reign in Spain
Just returned from my first visit to Barcelona, Spain. Here are pictures from the trip.
Mercat de la Boqueria. I’ve been to some cool markets in my life, but la Boqueria set a new standard for me. It was my favorite place in Barcelona. Can you pick out the bull’s balls? Andrew Zimmern would be proud.
Antoni Gaudi was a Catalan modernist architect. These pictures are from three of his buildings: Casa Vicens, Sagrada Familia, and Parc Güell. Talk about being ahead of your time!
The reason I went to Barcelona was to speak at the QlikView conference. This is the most well-merchandised conference I’ve been to as these pictures will show you.
This is the best hotel room I’ve ever had in my life; I stayed at the Barcelona Arts Hotel.
Here is a gallery of other photos that I took during my visit. I learned one thing for sure: There’s no such thing as too much paella!
