I scanned through several commodity charts today.  I am wondering if it is time to start looking for a bottom in the metals.

Copper

Lead

Nickel

Zinc

Aluminum is trading at beyond five year lows.

It is as if the housing bubble nor the boom in China, India and all the other emerging markets never happened.

From everything I am hearing, it is probably still too early to begin buying.  However, the charts are intriguing.  If the metals are bottoming, it bodes well for the economy.

I have begun compiling a list of metals stocks for when that day arrives.
